Penn State University’s Shavers Creek Environmental Center a biology field lab for environmental science and ornithology departments provided the inspiration through the the Long Term Ecological Reflections Project in which she researched tree nesting birds and at the eight different ecological sites within the forest. Woodpecker holes provided a rare viewfinder in which to glimpse the forest from a new vista. Decaying trees gave way to seeing new life in a forest that is adapting to the effects of climate change. Solo exhibitions were held at 3 Dots Gallery, State College, PA and Pagus Gallery, PA and Washington College, MD.
